The old blog is now officially "closed" for business and I changed my Twitter name over to Jackievilleblog too... will it cause confusion? Maybe. Most of the ppl I msg directly on Twitter knew who I was anyway so will it cause Earth shattering chaos? Uhm, no..not so much. :)
I'm also working on moving all my blog links over and I'll toss up a Twitter widget too. Why not?
2 years ago I would have NEVER EVER even considered blogging as me so this is weird.... kinda not nearly the big hairy deal I once thought it to be though. Could that be progress or perhaps me just not caring as much what people think about what I write? Probably a combination but even a little progress is good, right??? RIIIIIIIGHT.

ReplyDeleteHey there, Thank you for sending us an email. I admire your bravery to blog with your real name. I sometimes get nervous that we have a blog with our names and pics, but it helps me to not care--for the most part. I guess I shouldn't care since I've been on facebook and now alot of people know I'm a lesbian--friends from high school, etc. It helps me to just "let go", but scares me at the same time. Oh well, I guess it's all about growth.

lis - yeah I don't think there is any way I would have even considered blogging with my real name even a year ago but at some point I guess we all reach a certain level of "this is who I am, like it or dont" sooo... I guess I'm starting to just bring world inside my head together with the world outside my head LOL If people do not like it, they can simply exit -- and watch me virtually give 'em the bird as they go hahahaha j/k

Houston - yeah I forced myself out into the blogosphere again. I enjoy writing and it helps keep me minimally sane so why not keep doing it? I'll keep the cogs on my end moving so you keep the tots on your end moving, ok? hahaha
